We are seeking a contract full time employee, however will be flexible for the right person.

This role is based in Adelaide, Australia.




Does your attention to detail drive your friends and family nuts? We want you! We have a number of internal and external projects that require a keen eye and a fanatic for process. You’ll be assisting the CEO and Studio Manager to get s*(@ done.

Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Campaign Management
    • Managing weekly client campaigns for optimisations
    • Reporting on these optimisations to the Studio Manager and CEO
    • Writing copy when required
  • Budget Management
    • Weekly checklist review of ad budget performance
    • notification to accounts team in any client requirements to maintain strong performing ads
  • Campaign Creation
    • Set-up of new campaigns
    • Management or assistance of ad creative creation
    • Compilation of campaign elements in a PDF for approval by clients
    • Pre-live check of campaign requirements v. set-up
  • Administration
    • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for campaign management within the company
    • Competent maintenance of company folder and file systems
    • Miscellaneous tasks required for the growth of Neon Treehouse as a business
  • Administration
    • Competent maintenance of company folder and file systems
    • Miscellaneous administrative tasks where required
  • Social Media Organic Management
    • Scheduling of social media content for clients
    • Creation of social media marketing calendars
    • Social media community management and engagement for clients on a weekly basis, covering ad comments, organic post comments, any interactions on social channels privately or publicly.
    • Maintaining pre-approved response lists
    • Creation and regular scheduling of story content for clients
    • Identifying opportunities for ad hoc social ideas for clients
    • Weekly checklist review of social media page content

    What do you want out of your next role?
    What I am seeking is an environment where I can continue growing. I want to be like a sponge and soak up all the incredible teachings that this new organisation and role can offer. And in turn produce work to an elevated standard and achieve some great company wins.

    How would you describe your level attention to detail?
    My attention to detail has seen strong development over the last year, working closely with social media platforms and customer engagement. I believe that there is always room to grow and develop however, having said this I believe my attention to detail is precise.

    Provide an example of a time when this has worked in your favour/against you and the lessons learned from this?
    In my current role, I work with social media regularly. Creating, collating and sharing posts is something I do frequently. In the early stages of my career I found it hard to elevate this skill. However, the embarrassment of promoting your spelling errors to a community of thousands across a range of social media platforms is motivation enough to never let it happen again! The lesson learned is to double, triple and quadruple check my work before submitting.
