We are seeking a full-time Client Strategy Manager to start as soon as possible. 

This role is based in Adelaide, Australia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Strategy Manager (AKA Account Manager)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Client Strategy Manager, to join our agile, fast-paced and passionate team. Unleash your inner organisational capabilities in a role that requires following efficient processes and high attention to detail!

During your time in this position, your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Client Strategy Management:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Quoting and billing management, to ensure that the business is charging for work when it’s being implemented and that the business isn’t doing too much value-add work
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell services for clients
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for working with the onboarding manager to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Assist with management of client work in and out of the studio in communication with management and the client when required
  • Critically assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies executed by Neon Treehouse and suggest improvements
  • Monitor and analyse customer’s usage of our services

Digital Marketing Strategy: 

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Strategically review and critically assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies executed by Neon Treehouse and suggest improvements
  • Be across the various digital strategies that we implement for clients in similar industries to your client portfolio, so that you can guide and recommend on improvements to campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell services for clients

Administration

  • Competent maintenance of company folder and file systems
  • Effective time tracking
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks where required
