As a Social Media Manager at Neon Treehouse, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ digital success stories.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to meet client goals.
• Craft compelling and persuasive copy that accompanies social media posts and digital ad campaigns.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Later, Meta business suite)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
