Ferguson Australia is a third generation seafood company & suppliers of Southern Rock Lobster and premium Australian seafood. Their Marketing Manager reached out to us amid a plan to rebuild market presence online before a key period for the business…Easter.
The goal was to strengthen the association between Lobster and Ferguson Australia. They wanted to maximise sales through the website, their direct factory location, and stockists.
During the campaign, we built an awareness focused campaign with different messaging related to the most valuable call to action between the 3 purchase types for the audiences.
From this, we were able to generate huge reach with simple messaging with a campaign delivery that resulted in 5x ROAS online as well as positive results for in store and factory sales.
We’ve continued to work with Ferguson post the successful campaign with more regular promotions.
