What greater partnership alignment could there be?
SOHO Living knew there was an opportunity to seize on social media, but were yet to find an affordable, effective, results driven way to time and time again deliver great returns for each project they launched.
To help SOHO Living, Neon Treehouse helped to develop a quick-to-market content and ad strategy which allowed projects to launch in market very quickly, with a strategic format which maximized for leads across Pinterest, Google, and Facebook. As soon as the results were clear for the first project…well…the rest is history.
Since then we’ve helped SOHO Living launch unsurpassable projects with many times launched 2 or 3 in a single week, with leads rolling in day in and day out.
With fast market message changes related to new releases and sell outs of particular products, as well as home builder grants into the mix during the initial covid outbreaks, we were able to move with the times incredibly quickly to maintain only the most up to date messaging in market.
We produced HTML5 ads, videos, and social ad content for all projects in line with the branding of SOHO Living and the specific look and feel of each project.
During a leave contract, we helped further with organic social media to maintain consistency of marketing efforts whilst the marketing team shrunk temporarily also.
Thanks to the success of the initial campaign back in 2019, a partnership was formed with Neon Treehouse, which is still going strong to this day!
